Pressure variant of the self-unloading wagon Fc087 in the version of the DB AG in epoch V. In 1959 the construction of 3.551 self-unloading wagons with biaxial chassis began in the Federal Railway Repair Works Kaiserslautern. With these wagons, which had funnel-shaped superstructures and run-off slides laid to the middle, moisture-resistant bulk goods, such as coal or gravel, were to be transported. As it was foreseeable that the number of units built would not be sufficient, the Federal Railroad ordered a further 2,950 vehicles from different wagon factories, which were classified as Otmm 64, but which did not differ much from the Otmm 61 in terms of design.
